The Productivity Space is about
It’s the concept of being intentional vs. being busy.
We believe the dogma that
you have to hustle and grind, prioritizing output
in order to be productive and successful, is outdated.
We believe in the ebb and flow of productivity.
We'll guide you through waves of procrastination and overwhelm
into a calm sea that gives you momentum
so you can complete what you set out to achieve.
We believe you can make the progress you want, with accountability, but without pressure.
RESHAPE THE WAY YOU WORK
I'm Gail Baral, the Founder, and CEO of The Productivity Space.
As an entrepreneur and someone who has more often worked from a living room than an office, I can attest to both the pros and the cons, of the WFH lifestyle.
If you are like me, you start the day with the best intentions; to be productive and to accomplish tasks that get you closer to achieving your goals.
Yet the distractions can be relentless. The email notifications ping. The kitchen beckons. The kids call. The dog needs a walk. The local coffee shop tempts.
Before we know it, we're deep in an email rabbit hole, or binge-scrolling, daydreaming, or procrasta-cooking (it's a thing), and while we might have more loaves of sourdough bread than La Brea Bakery, we feel frustrated and upset with ourselves because we got off track on our professional goals.
That’s why I created The Productivity Space.
Honed from my years of experience as a business owner and professional business coach, the format of every Productivity Space Work Sprint Session is inspired by a time-blocking workflow process that I use myself and share with all my clients. It's backed by the latest research in behavioral sciences, positive psychology, and neuroscience. Not only does this process help busy professionals check things off their To-Do Lists, it supports the creation of sustainable, empowering habits that improve focus and consistency while boosting motivation and productivity.
Join me, The Productivity Space team, and all the other ambitious people that are checking things off their To-Do List thanks to the Productivity Space.
I hope to see you in one of our Zoom Rooms soon!
We are looking for coaches, artists, meditators, teachers, and entrepreneurs that geek out on productivity and have personal development knowledge and mindset wisdom to share.
If you have personally experienced a Productivity Space session, are enlightening anyone that will listen about the benefits of work sprints, and can see yourself facilitating Productivity Space Sessions, we would like to meet you.
